Tip Time: Today I want to share with you a money saving yummy and healthy recipe for Vanilla Yogurt. I usually give my kidos the plain yogurt pictured below, but for special treat or a change up this is a great way to save and to not have additives in flavored products your unaware of.
This is what I used...
*Organic Raw Blue Agave sweetener
*Pure Vanilla
*Organic plain lowfat yogurt
Steps:
1 1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp Agave
(you can always add more or less to taste)
