What have we been up to?

So What has the Price Family been up to?
Well here are a few things we have been doing (pictures below)....
~~~~
~~~~Tu and I have been...~~~~
Potty training Aaliyah! WOW! God is so good! We prayed over her and for patience for us and our little 20 month old is doing really well! All glory goes to JESUS! She has had a few accidence, but overall we are so thankful that she caught on and that we can have her out of diapers before baby Jaylin comes! I do have to say that I spend most my time in the bathroom these days between Tre, Aaliyah, and my prego self :) But hey... much better then buying and changing diapers :)
~~~~What's Daddy been doing?~~~~
Working hard to balance being a daddy, starting a new job as a Vice Principal of Athletics' and Facilities and continuing his education! And also been nursing our lawn back to life! Oh, it looks so much better! Great job babe!
You are the MAN! I praise God for your work ethic and willingness to care for us!
~~~~So what have the kids been doing?...~~~~~
Swimming and enjoying Summer!
Layin around and snugglin love it when they do that; even though doesn't last long :)
Coloring & Chalkin it up
~~~~What's Mommy been up to?~~~~
Nesting(trying to get the kids rooms done; not quite, but getting close)
Gardening and loving the yard:
I am so blessed by some of the fun growth we have going on around our home. When we first arrived the grass was practically dead. Tu has done a great job in getting it going again. The hibiscus flowers are blooming the grass is green, and the kids and I planted pumpkins, corn, watermelon, tomatoes, and peppers and we are so thrilled to see them growing! So fun and so refreshing!
Beautiful Hibiscus flowers in the font yard :)
Scrap and Haps
Hey All, Well I finally got to scrap/craft again. God is so good and blessed me with a space in the garage for some scrappin! I am so thankful! So here is a altered Canvas that I made for my cousin Mike and his new wife Brittany whose wedding we just attended. The blank material to the right is for a them to place a 4x6 picture of them on.
~~~~~
So in addition to being able to scrap here is what we have been up to; our haps~!
~~~~~
~~~~~Daddy has been busy trying to make our yard playable for the kids. He recently made a sand box for them; they are LOVIN it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~ We went to dinner on our anniversary and the kids were blessed with these cute little Mickey and minnie balloon characters. They loved them. ~~~~~~
6 years of Marriage
Well on July 10th we will celebrate our 6th year anniversary! WOW! This year went so fast! I feel like we just celebrated our anniversary! I guess that means we are having fun since they say time flys when you have fun! That or were getting old :)! I'll go with the having fun! :)
Well because of our move we were unsure how we would celebrate our anniversary due to lack of baby sitter, but God is so good! The Lord blessed me with the most amazing servant hearted Mommy who called us and offered to come and stay with the kids so we could get away for a few days. We ended up going to Napa and had a wonderful and relaxing time! It beauty of the Lord was everywhere in nature! It was truly breathtaking!
Here are some pictures to share....
~~~~~~~~ We were blessed to stay in a bed and breakfast; it was wonderful! I think sleeping in was one of the best parts about our room~~~~~
~~~~For dinner one night we went the to Culinary Arts Institute~ It was absolutely delicious and the view was spectacular! ~~~~~
~~~These are from the beautiful vineyards. We had lunch at one winery that was just beautiful. There were tons of cheese, amazing sandwiches, and the most fabulous grapes! It was delicious! But most of all it was a sweet time to just enjoy each other and a relaxing time! Oh, it was just beautiful! ~~~~ ~Our little picnic~
~~~Look at all that cheese~~~
~~~ Our night out in down town Napa along the river. It was beautiful and the weather was great! We even got to see a movie~~~ Thank you Lord for such an amazing time to just relax and enjoy each other!
~~~~~And while we were gone the kids were having an amazing time with their Nana! Thanks so much mom (nana) for blessing us and blessing the kids~ They are still crying for you :) They enjoyed their time so much! Love you! ~~~~
