Dad's Book; U Turn for Christ

I just wanted to share some exciting news about my dad. The Lord did a miracle in our family after my parents were in bondage to drugs and alcohol many years ago. Jesus set them free and restored our family. The whole story is in the book and is an amazing testimony of God's delivering power and victory over any sin! It's awesome! Special Family Visitors

So this week our dear Grandpa Peoples, Grandma Nelly, and Uncle MM came to visit. We have had a great time hanging out and enjoying the time together. We have been busy busy! We have been to the Mall, baseball game, and even had a yardsale on Saturday. We went to Malibu and were in awe of the beauty. We have hung out at home, made some egg rolls, soup, and just enjoyed being together. On Sunday we went to church and then headed to Santa Barbara. It has been such a blessing to have them and the kids are loving having them here. Here are a few pics...

A few Layouts...and a little update!

Well things around here have been really busy! The Lord is good and is still on the Thrown and I am so thankful for that! He is sustaining us! Well, there are some changes that are coming in our near future with our little baby # 3, Jaylin, and so I have chosen to sadly step down from designing for Practical Scrapper. I had such a great time working with the team over there! They are great ladies with fabulous talent. I hope once the baby is here and things are a little more settled that I will have time to apply again. Thank you to you all. Here are a few layouts I did last week.

Reno Trip & Prego update

Here are a few pics from our trip... info below if you care to read!

Okay, so last week my man had a conference in Reno, Nevada. Thankfully the school blessed Tu with the funds and freedom to attend the conference. He looks forward to the insight and wisdom gained each year and always learns so much, so when he found out he was given permission to go he was excited!

So we took the road trip up the 101 most the way and enjoyed God's amazing creation! Not all of California is over crowded... There is till plenty of rolling green hills, flat lands, ocean and mountains undeveloped, and we loved seeing some of it!

We took the whole family and went to stay in Reno for a week. The conference was Tuesday-Sunday! We had such a great time and the kids did great in the car for the most part! While our Daddy was in conference classes during the day we (the kids and I) hung out in the hotel, went to lunch, and took naps :)~~ When the snow let up, yes, snow and the sun came out we even went for a walk through the down town area. At night when daddy was out of the classes we went to the mall, had dinner, and visited Circus Circus two nights in a row for the free shows and fun games! The kids loved it... so did Tu and I! It was a blessed time!

I am so thankful for a husband that makes the extra effort/sacrifice to take us with him and include us in his adventures! It was a great time overall and I am so blessed to have a family to share these memories with! Thank you LORD!

~23 Weeks~

okay here is my 23 week pics even though I am 24 now. Sorry little behind, but things are busy. Things are going well with the Pregnancy; thank you JESUS! We are feeling her move and looking forward to August to meet her. I can't believe I only have 3 months left! YEAH! Time flys when your caring for kids :). Please continue to pray for God's hand to be upon Jaylin as she develops and as she enters this world! Also keep praying for God's provision for better insurance, and for a quick and safe delivery for me.
