Christmas Cards!

So have you started getting on the ball for Christmas cards? Well December is a Day a way!

So get started, but don't forget to enjoy the holidays and remember Jesus is the Reason for the Season! Truly take time to enjoy this wonderful time to celebrate the birth of our Savior!

Birthday and Disney

Today is Danny's 20th Birthday! Wow! I can't believe my little bro is 20! Happy Birthday Dan, may the Lord bless your day, and my you continue to be a light for Him always!

We were so blessed to be able to take the kids to D-land last Tuesday! Thank you to Uncle John and Aunt Dilaine who blessed us with getting into the parks! What a blessing it was to our family!

Uncle Danny joined us at D-land and it was such a blessing to be able to spend time together and celebrate his birthday as well! We had a great time!

For those of you who know us, Tre only gets ice cream an sweets on special occasions! I don't know who was enjoying it more, danny being able to give his little nephew the ice cream or Tre getting the ice cream. Either way it was a cute photo op!

Thankful for my Stud!!!

This is a layout I did for the "Stitching" challenge over at Practical Scrapper this week come check them out; great community and great inspiration! I am also using this and another project at The Everyday Scrapper this week to show my Thankfulness, so come check it out!

With Thankgiving around the corner I thought I would take the time to write a little bit about my STUD and why I am so thankful for him!

The Lord has truly blessed me with an studly husband and I am so proud to call him MY stud! Not only is he very gifted with abilities such as athleticism, leadership, boldness, determination, commitment, enthusiasm, compassion, and wisdom but he is just an all out awesome man who strives to be excellent in all he does and he is

passionate about Jesus!

From the time the Lord put us together I have been so blessed to call him my Boaz (read the book of RUTH). He is truly a great provider, protector, and lover, just as Boaz was to Ruth! So when the Lord confirmed that he was my boaz I was oh, so blessed! I am so thankful for our friendship and our Love that Jesus makes so great!

This layout is a small, very small, expression of how much I love my boaz, my stud that the Lord has given me.

Thank you babe for being my best friend, my boaz, my stud! I am so so so very THANKFUL for you!

Scrappin Crazy

Hope you are enjoying your weekend! I wanted to share some of my recent layouts and a RAK. Okay, so the week before Aaliyah's 1st birthday I was hammering out the layouts to try to finish her album, which included at least one layout for each month, I am so blessed to say that I completed in time for the party! Thank you Jesus! It was such a joy to share the first 12 months of her life, in pictures (Layouts), with our family and friends! Aaliyah even enjoyed looking through them, and it felt great for me to accomplish such a task while still nursing and caring for two little joys under two, oh, and i might add it's the middle of football season with my hubby coaching. So, needless to say it was definitely a miracle that I was able to get it done. Anyway, here are a few of the layouts from that project, as well as some layouts for the Acrylic paint challenge and online crop at Practical Scrapper! Come Check it out! Princess Party

Hi all hope your week is going well!

Well this was a busy weekend, with our little Princess Aaliyah's 1st birthday party! What a blessing it was! My awesome parents (aka Dad Brown and Nana) opened their home and provided the food for us all to celebrate this special occasion, and believe me when I say she was treated as a princess! From decorations to excitement over our little one; it was a true treat! Every detail was Amazing! My parents went above and beyhond for the party and Aaliyah truly was the princess! Everything was decked in pink! It was awesome! My mom should truly plan parties she has a gift! Thank you Dad and Mom I know Aaliyah enjoyed herself and we did too! And Tre was loving it all too, especially the cup cake! To be honest I don't know who enjoyed it more Aaliyah or Tre. It was truly a blessing! We had such a great time enjoying our little Sis! I will treasure the memories forever! I truly tied to soak in the moment (thanks to the reminder of my dear friend katie! Thanks girl!) We loved every minute of it! It was so nice to have mommy Jackson (aka Mimi) in for the occasion too and both the kids just loved having her! Thank you Mimi for coming! We missed all who co

uld not make it and know you were with us in thought and prayers~We love you all!

Although my week has been packed with craziness, I was able to complete a card and two layout. Here is a card that I was able to finish to participate.

The first layout is to express the true LOVE and Friendship that my hubby and I are so thankful to the Lord for. I thank God for the man HE has blessed me with! We truly are Best friends! We love Laughing together and enjoying the life God has blessed us with! Thank you JESUS!

The second layout is a shot of some of our college friends! Oh, what a blessing these friendships have been! God has used them to sharpen us all! Thank you JESUS!!!

This card (front and inside "the verse is on the inside") was created for one of my best friends who is struggling with some health issues. My prayer is that it encourages and blesses her and lets her know that I love her and I am praying with and for her. It is my desire to be the kind of friend that this verse (the Lord) describes. Ultimately it is the Lord working in me and through me that gives me the ability to be a this type of quality friend, and so for that I pray for more of HIM!

This is a little RAK that I hope will bless one of you! The Lord continued to remind me of the abundance that he has given to me! I have so much to be thankful for, and yet there are times when I just fail to realize how much I have. WOW! Does He bless me! God is so good!

With that being said, I have made it a goal to go through some of my abundance and bless someone else. THis fun toy can be taken with you to crops and or used for daily crafting. It has never been used! So I pray someone will be blessed by this!
